Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Certain products, such as opened pet food, personalized or clearance items, may be non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.

Return & Refund Scenarios

1. Exchanges (Wrong Size or Product Variant)

  • Action: Email us at support@zumino.store  within 30 days, specifying the item and desired replacement.

  • Shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.

  • Timeframe: Replacement ships within 5–7 business days after we receive the original item.

2. Change of Mind

  • Action: Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Refund: Item price only; shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Shipping: Customer pays return shipping.

  • Timeframe: Refund is issued within 5–7 business days after inspection.

3. Faulty or Defective Items

  • Action: Send photos and a description to support@zumino.store within 30 days.

  • Resolution: Choose between a full refund or free replacement.

  • Timeframe: Processed within 7 business days of approval.

4. Damaged During Shipping

  • Action: Contact us with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery.

  • Resolution: Full refund or free replacement at no cost to you.

  • Timeframe: Processed immediately once verified.

5. Received the Wrong Product

  • Action: Notify us within 7 days with a photo of the item received.

  • Resolution: We’ll send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label.

6. Order Never Arrived

  • Action: If tracking shows no updates or your package hasn’t arrived within the expected time, contact us within 30 days of purchase.

  • Resolution: We’ll issue a full refund or reship the order at no cost.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: Full refund available if canceled before your order is shipped.

  • After Shipping: Please follow the Change of Mind process above.

Refund Method & Processing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method unless otherwise requested.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take additional time to appear in your account after we process your refund.
